12 Ways We're Adapting Our Service in Response to COVID 19
The real estate world does not stop. Not for holidays, birthdays, vacations and not even amidst the shut downs and social distancing due to COVID 19. Your mind is likely preoccupied and your real estate goals might be on hold. We completely understand! However, we currently have clients who are still house hunting or planning to put their home on the market this year. We are committed to provide dependable service without interruption and we recognize it is necessary to make changes to the way we do business at this time.
Here are a few things we are doing to help our clients that you can do as well during this National crisis...
How We're Changing Things for Buyers
- We offer virtual consultations and meetings
- We encourage you to set up private showings instead of going to open houses to reduce exposure and contact with others.
- We hold private showings, not overlapping with other buyers/agents. If other agents are present, we will wait outside until they have finished their showing.
- We bring hand sanitizer and wear NEW disposable shoe covers during showings to be thrown away after your showing.
- We will open all doors to reduce unnecessary contact and spread of germs.
- We will give you a tour of properties through FaceTime if you are prefer not to leave your home at this time.
How We're Changing Things for Sellers
- We offer virtual consultations and meetings
- We will offer NEW disposable shoe covers, hand sanitizers, and sanitizing wipes for showings.
- We will not hold an Open House at this time
- We will offer a live, virtual tour of your home so buyers can accurately preview your home online
- We will not allow overlapping showings, limiting entry to only one agent/set of buyers at a time
- We will discuss how to take proper cleaning precautions before and after your showings
